Please acknowledge each of the following conditions before signing:

  • All setup of the facility is to be completed by the renter. Paperwork must be completed prior to the event.
  • Cleanup must be done within one day of the event. Remove all decorations and masking tape. Do not use staples or tacks.
  • Tables and chairs to be cleaned and put in their proper places. Floors must be swept. All lights turned off.
  • Renter is responsible for locking all doors and windows upon departure. All keys must be returned.
  • Proof of Insurance is required for all rentals.
  • A Special Occasion Permit (Liquor Licence) is required for any function with alcohol.
  • I understand a $200 refundable damage deposit (separate cheque or cash) is required, returned after inspection.
  • A Dance Township Community Association designate or O.P.P. officer may enter the Hall at any time during the rental.
